our service
Our service is as customized as our clients need. Some clients ask for full service, whilst others only request parts of it. To help you in your search for your next equine athlete, we need detailed information about the what you are looking for. For example: age, character and level of experience. In addition to that, it is important to know future goals for the horse. Only when horse and rider match, can they develop as an unbeatable and happy team. With the complete information we start the search for your future horse. As soon as we have found possible matches, we evaluate the results together with the customer. Once we have found a suitable horse, our team will go and test ride the horse, provide feedback and videos to the customer, support with negotiation and organize the vet check. If all goes well our team will put together a travel plan to get your horse to you! We are also there for our customers once the horse has arrived in its new home. We answer any questions and love to stay in touch about your progress.

In order to start searching for a horse, we need details about the customers riding ability, aspirations and a budget. Along with what they’re searching for in their next partner. The more detailed information we have, the more effective our search can be. The duration of the search depends on the search criteria and market availability.
our results
Once we have found interesting horses, we share the results with our clients and evaluate them together. Based on the outcome, we do further research on the horse and organize seeing the horse to test ride it for or with the client.
test ride
When we meet the horse we try to understand its character and take a closer look at its conformation and general heath. The test ride gives us an understanding if it is the right match for our customers. We film and document everything for our clients then buy via video.
veterinary check
When there is agreement of purchase the next step is the veterinary check. We can recommend a veterinarian and organize the appointment. We also offer to be present at the veterinary check and video everything. Results are then reviewed by the customer’s veterinarian of choice.
purchase and transport
Once the horse has been purchased, we can assist with national and international transportation. We work with several shipping agencies and can request quotes and shipping dates. We make sure the horse travels safely and fully equipped in Pegazon gear.
post purchase service
We stay in contact with our customers until the horse has arrived and beyond that time to make sure the horse is exactly what the customer wanted. It is our biggest joy to receive updates on the new partnership and we try to share them with the sellers, whom without this journey would have never started.

In which countries does Pegazon search for horses?
At the moment, our service is available in Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy, Spain and USA.
Do I have to sign a contract with Pegazon?
Our customer´s don´t have to sign a contract. But we send a confirmation email with all important information once the customers has requested our service.
How much does it cost to import a horse to the USA?
The cost of importing a horse depends on where the horse is located and where its destination will be. If you want to have an idea about the costs send us an email and we can provide you with an estimate. This will also help with your overall budget planning.
Does Pegazon serve horses for all disciplines?
We focus on dressage, show jumping, eventing and hunter.
Is it possible to buy a horse via video?
Yes, with Pegazon it is. We film every single detail for our clients. As if they were there in person to look at the horse. Buying via video also works because our clients trust in us and our knowledge about horses.
